Greetings from the RGUHS Journal of Nursing Sciences. With great pleasure and excitement, we present RJNS Volume 14, Issue 2 on behalf of the RGUHS publication group. We are grateful to all the nursing authors who contributed to this issue. Writing for nursing journals is vital for the nursing profession as a whole because it advances the science that supports the nursing profession, shares initiatives and innovations with a wider audience, disseminates citable evidence, and keeps frontline nurses informed. Archival journal publication is one of the main tenets of higher education. Publishing provides a way for the researchers in a particular field to communicate with one another, archives significant research endeavors, and serves as a mechanism for institutions and researchers to be recognized.

For a very long time, journal articles have been crucial for the nursing profession. These articles, whether they are printed or available online, are a crucial means for nurses to exchange knowledge and experiences with other professionals.
