Greetings! from the RGUHS Journal of Nursing Science. We are immensely happy and excited to publish RJNS Volume 14 Issue 1 January 2024. The RGUHS publication group would like to thank all the nursing authors who contributed articles to this issue. Nurses provide coordinated care to their patients on a day-to-day basis thereby understanding which approach works well and which requires modification. A basic characteristic of a caring competent specialist is addressing standard method and deciding how to move forward with it. Nursing concerns form the heart of entire nursing research. Nursing articles give basic data about how well the nurses can do competent independent practice.

Eventually the researched data may reveal crucial bits of knowledge regarding wellbeing care concepts that might lead to higher quality care and can make strides in giving results. Knowledge extracted from research is basic to all aspects of nursing practice. Nurses require a strong proven base to recognize ideal care for patients, to address information crevices and create alternate ways for working. The nursing care data collected by a nurse researcher can be shared with nurses directly involved in the care of individuals relevant to the research. Applying effective nursing practices supported by research enables nurses to enhance patient advocacy and deliver optimal care.
