Greetings from RGUHS Journal of Nursing Sciences. I take immense pleasure in presenting Vol-13, Issue-2 of RJNS, July 2022. The RGUHS editorial board extends its gratitude to all the authors who have contributed articles to this issue. Publishing research is important because it provides us with an opportunity to share knowledge, skills, and experience, and has the potential to improve user outcomes through changes in clinical practice. Publications make scientific information publicly available and allow the rest of the academic audience to evaluate the quality of the research. All publications have a peer review system that maintains novelty, applicability, and advancement in a given field of knowledge. There is a fast online publication process to enhance the publication frequency and reduce the inprocess time expenditure.

Nursing research develops knowledge on health and the promotion of health over the entire lifespan, care of persons with health issues and disabilities, and nursing actions to enhance the ability of individuals to respond effectively to actual or potential health issues. RGUHS gives credit to meritorious research work that advances knowledge and brings about innovation. Publishing your work will also give you a better chance of getting a promotion. Publications can also be regarded as an asset that enables authors to gain recognition and acknowledgment as experts in a particular field at national and international levels. Publication in peerreviewed journals also gives international recognition to an individual, department, university, and institutions.
